2. 提交 Your Official Transcripts 

• • All high school transcripts must be official with graduation date. 
  • Send Official Transcripts to:

  • Electronic transcripts from your high school or college may be submitted via TRex, Parchment, E-Scripts, National 学生 Clearinghouse, or Scribbles. 

3. 提交 Your Bacterial Meningitis shot record using the 招生 Document Submission Form
